Pros
I've never worked for a company that more genuinely cares more about both the employees and the clients. They are proactive in keeping their staff up to date by allowing them to go to a conference of their choice every year as well as the two day Chariot sponsored ETE conference. They organize multiple get-togethers each to just hand out and have fun in a non-workplace setting. I've always found the CEO to always be willing to speak to me about ideas and concerns in a very frank way.
Cons
The projects I've been on haven't been the most interesting but then again that to be expected with consulting.
