Pros

Charlie Health has been one of the most rewarding places I've worked. The mission of getting teens, young adults, and families access to high acuity virtual care is real, and you can feel it in the day to day. Leadership trusts you with meaningful ownership early, the people across clinical, ops, and product are sharp and genuinely care about patient outcomes, and there's a healthy bias toward action without losing sight of the families we serve. If you want to do impactful work alongside thoughtful operators who push each other to be better, it's a great place to land.

Cons

None so far, been here for 4 months and I'm very happy

Pros

The work is rewarding and we get to do great things for clients every single day. Also being remote is something you really can't beat!

Cons

Many... contract employees are not able to renogitate for a different pay rate, so definitely ask for what you plan on making as long as you are working here (and this is different from how it was when I started 2 years ago!) Also, the scheduling is a mess and groups are often closed or merged, so clients are frustrated and may then take it out on you... They have recently started evaluating facilitators by AI-recorded metrics and these are the sole determinant of your worth as a team member, so if you don't perform according to those standards (which don't capture the whole "picture" of a group) then you may be let go without much warning. Lots of shifts in leadership recently and the facilitators and clients are really paying for it. Very disappointed... this was a wonderful job opportunity but now I feel stuck because I want to be remote, but I will be making the same wages indefinitely unless I find a new job.
