Good product, good opportunities but bad planning and bad management - Backend Developer Charmboard Employee Review

Technically, the architecture is poor. Very difficult to integrate new things and to scale. New ideas are difficult to implement due to poor design and tight coupling of the current components. There is no transparency. You can one day receive a mail from HR department saying that your notice period has been extended to 3 months which cannot be changed now which is really cheap and creepy. No work life balance. Have to work at nights sometimes(which is mandatory), alternate saturdays are working. Its all gets very hectic. Office space is poor.
