      Pros

      Amazing product, looks AI/ ML driven but once you have inside peek you won't appreciate it. So nothing as such!

      Cons

      1. ) Micromanagement 2. ) Timelines are driven by people who don't have an iota of understanding regarding the complexity of the problem, expects solutions to the world-class problems to be developed overnight. 3. ) No technical advisory to the management. 4. ) Tech architects are non-existent and are for name sake, not willing to take up responsibility for the buggy system, fragile, and non-scalable architecture developed under them. All they do is pass on the blame from one plate to another. 5. ) No work life balance, be ready to fix bugs in midnight and still receive a mail the next morning to be on time at 9 am.

      Great company with bad management

      Pros

      1. Start up environment so it's very competitive. 2. Product is innovative 3. Interesting challenges.

      Cons

      1. Salary is given in the second week of the month because they are always late. I have never seen any organisation do that. 2. Appraisal is delayed and non-existent. 3. They expect you to come to office everyday at 9:00 am and stay back till 3:00 AM. 4. For a technology company the techs are paid peanuts. 5. Mid level managers don't understand the process but take credit for all the hard work. 6. Alternate saturdays are working. 7. Within two days of a bad review expect to see two fake good reviews here.

      Good product, good opportunities but bad planning and bad management

      The product is unique and might be having a great future! Great learning opportunities Your opinion for the product is heard and valued. Free snacks

      Cons

      Technically, the architecture is poor. Very difficult to integrate new things and to scale. New ideas are difficult to implement due to poor design and tight coupling of the current components. There is no transparency. You can one day receive a mail from HR department saying that your notice period has been extended to 3 months which cannot be changed now which is really cheap and creepy. No work life balance. Have to work at nights sometimes(which is mandatory), alternate saturdays are working. Its all gets very hectic. Office space is poor.
