Pros
Very quick and easy to get work, friendly and involved staff who definitely hear your concerns should you have any
Cons
Full time isn't actually full time, you can work 12 hr days and not be paid overtime, if you miss a day (as they are lenient and do not enforce a certain amount of days you can call out) I have heard they dock your pay down to minimum wage (even if you are sick with a doctor's note), people walk out mid shift literally every day so the work is WORK and generally the management at their client business expects you to meet quota understaffed, you have to bug the crap out of them to train in other areas/move up even when they promise it to you.
