Pros

Well they have free coffee

Cons

Honestly this place wants you to play a game to go on. If the right people don't like you its best you call it quit. Leadership can do no wrong and thats how they see it. They believe they making the world a better place and want you to believe it too. Really they are just working on getting there stock up and if you shake what they think is right they will ghost you out. They are amazing at that.

Pros

There is a lot of investment in new technologies, especially AI. As AI continues to evolve, Chatham is investing in employees by giving us opportunities to learn and use these tools so we can stay ahead of the curve and be leaders in the industry. That's a huge plus. The people here are also unmatched. I've worked at other companies, and I can honestly say this is the best culture I've been a part of. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely cares about each other's success.

Cons

I would not change a thing,

Pros

One of the best parts about working at this company is the opportunity to learn across different functions and gain exposure to a wide range of projects. The environment allows employees to develop both technical and professional skills quickly, especially through collaboration with experienced team members. I also appreciate the fast-paced culture, which encourages growth, adaptability, and problem-solving. The experience has helped me better understand operations, teamwork, and how different parts of the business work together.

Cons

One challenge of working at the company is that there can sometimes be a heavy amount of operational and repetitive work, which may limit opportunities to focus on more strategic or analytical projects. In certain situations, processes and responsibilities could be better organized to improve efficiency and reduce unnecessary workload. Communication between teams can also occasionally be unclear, leading to duplicated efforts or delays. Improving workflow structure could help employees be more productive and engaged.
