Training provided, good natured, sociable team. Sociable role in general with many regular customers. Hours can be flexible. Good HR processes and hands-on regional management.

Shift rotas often published at less than 1 week's notice (although swaps are accommodated). Low pay rate.

Plenty of opportunity to progress as people leave frequently.

Total micro-management. Very poor communication. Poor training. No support. Poor pay. Cut hours at will. Very heavy work, and often expected to do extra time for no pay.
