None. would never recommend to anyone

Cons

Would not recommend to anyone. Pay peanuts and expect managers and team members to work FOR FREE past closing time. They expect you to work 7-5 or 7-4 (plus the extra time closing the shop). As a manager coming into the business you are trained by someone who is awful. The company is still in the dark ages, a lot of work to be done and unfortunately no one there has any organisation skills. Don’t do it!

Terrible management, cannot choose shifts and they change on a weekly basis, constantly overworked due to a staffing shortage, rude colleagues and customers.

Pros

Training provided, good natured, sociable team. Sociable role in general with many regular customers. Hours can be flexible. Good HR processes and hands-on regional management.

Cons

Shift rotas often published at less than 1 week's notice (although swaps are accommodated). Low pay rate.
