Unorganized Chaos - Server Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen Employee Review

Unorganized. There were always arguments. Favoritism was shown if you wanted to move up to a better position. High turn-over rate for managers & servers. Managers could never agree on a rule they'd like everyone to follow. Managers would throw away drinks or food of workers, even if it was wrapped up & brought in by the worker. Workers could never get along the entire shift. Kitchen would consistently send out cold/ uncooked food to the customers & servers would be blamed for it.
