Pros

The only notable advantage of the organization is the opportunity for fully sponsored foreign work trips. Apart from that, there are limited positives in terms of work environment and management practices. However, one aspect worth appreciating is the team culture among colleagues. There is no internal toxicity, gossip, or unhealthy competition, people are supportive and it is easy to build genuine friendships.

Cons

The organization demonstrates a concerning lack of respect for employee well-being and professional boundaries. There appears to be favoritism, where employees willing to overextend themselves significantly beyond working hours are treated more positively, creating an unhealthy and inequitable work environment. The level of monitoring is excessive, including continuous screen recording and close surveillance throughout the workday. Even short breaks, including washroom breaks, are scrutinized, which creates a sense of constant pressure rather than trust. The expectation of uninterrupted work for long hours, often involving dual screens for extended periods, leads to physical strain and mental fatigue. Work-life balance is virtually non-existent. While the standard schedule is five days a week, employees are required to work seven days during audit periods without compensatory leave. Additionally, employees are subtly discouraged from leaving on time or taking leave, contributing to a culture of overwork. Performance recognition appears to be linked more to the number of hours worked rather than efficiency or output, reinforcing unsustainable work habits. Leadership structure also raises concerns, as senior roles seem to be assigned based on availability rather than experience or managerial capability. Overall, the work culture is highly demanding, overly controlled, and unsustainable in the long term.

Very small and constrained office space. HR support is not sufficiently effective. Strict working hours from 9 AM to 7 PM. Consistently high-pressure work environment. Management style can be overly harsh at times.
