This company embodies the phrase “fake it till you make it.” • They actively solicit positive Glassdoor reviews to drown out honest feedback. • Gaslighting is a regular part of the culture—expect your concerns to be dismissed or spun. • It mimics the worst of Amazon’s practices, without the infrastructure or innovation to back it up. • Senior leadership is often selected based on personal connections rather than merit. One glaring example: a C-level executive was appointed primarily due to their involvement in the same running club as the CEO’s wife—who herself holds a senior leadership position. Despite this obvious favoritism, leadership goes out of their way to conceal it.
