It is a professional environment that is also filled with a lighthearted, playful and sincere nature- its a wonderful balance of productivity amongst joyful interactions. The people are genuinely invested in the work that they do, which creates a collaborative and supportive environment. I feel comfortable approaching my supervisors and honestly sharing my thoughts and feelings with them. This has been a wonderful place to work.

Having worked throughout my career in nonprofits I can say that this company is far more organized than others and offers good benefits to its employees. There really aren't any cons to working here that I have experienced.
