- Very difficult and little room for growth
- Very high turn-over
- Expectation to stay past end of shift until ratios allow resulted in leaving late on an almost daily basis
- Staff supply list excruciatingly lacking - resulting in denial of requests for days off (ex. in my case, religious celebration)
- Extremely vast gap between expectations and compensation
- Day-to-day support is very minimal (despite the high expectations)
- Unqualified staff placed in position of authority (resulting in many disagreements; imagine 10 years experience being bossed by someone who's been in the field for a year)
- Communication with director in attempt to resolve issues never yielded any results
- Multiple attempts to communicate with HR for support in resolving internal problems were all left unanswered
