Management aren’t properly trained in people matters. Union reps run the railway Previous manager was micro managing, lacked emotional stability and made members of a team cry. The managing directors are disengaged and fail to direct their leadership teams.

Very busy environment, interesting, no two days are the same.

Shift Work, short staffed, poor infrastructure and contract management.
