Pros
Some good people, strong desire to make it the best for the staff and a safe, fair working environment. manages to do a lot with a little as well as step up to short notice challenges.
Cons
Major lack of investment and cost cutting over the last 10years pre covid has had a huge impact. Unfortunately, there is too much to do and not enough people to do it. In some places, especially in the Aylesbury area there are strong groups of people who can only be described as poison, set in their ways and determined to drag everything down and make the workplace as miserable as possible. These issues are well known but the company is unable and unwilling to address it.
