Pros

Cons

WFH: The management has started asking people to stop WFH and resume work from office. While its okay to communicate company's intention to discourage WFH, the way this is pushed, its almost certain, this company absolutely does not encourage WFH. So anyone looking for WFH opportunities, AVOID this company. Most of the companies went into WFH mode during covid, likewise this company as well. They did good in terms of revenue too. But recently they started pushing people to come to office and work. But WHAT IS THE NEED? With WFH, people are able to save money and time in travelling to office, they are able to spend time with their families , and all these without any loss of performance of work. But the management doesn't like it. CTO (aka management) mentioned that they would event start implementing some kind of geo location checks to ensure that employees would login and logout from same place while they are working from home. Didn't understand the reason or this. If an employee is performing as expected by the company and the company also is benefiting from it, how does it matter where he/she is working from? The way of work has changed massively after covid. If an employee is doing his duty as desired, it really doesn't matter how and where he is working from!!. The CTO (aka management) said that he has observed people logging in one place and logging out in another place. He discourages that. BUT...., and BUT...., he didn't complaint about work being not carried out!. He doen't say that performance is reduced, work is not getting done. Only thing he is not happy about the fact is that employees are working away from his den (office). He has issues with people using mobile internet for work. Why why??? Are you not getting the task done Mr CTO/ ? Notice Period: Its 3 LONG months. BEWARE. If u have better options, pl avoid this company. May be its for reasons that despite crossing 20 + years , this company still needs a thorough google search to realise its existence.

Pros

Honestly, few no worth mentioning

Cons

Honestly, this has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my career as a Senior Business Analyst. There is absolutely no proper planning when it comes to projects. Estimations are unrealistic, deadlines are thrown around without any real understanding of the work involved, and teams are constantly set up to fail. It feels like the company is just reacting to problems instead of planning ahead. Resource management is equally poor. Teams are understaffed, but expectations keep increasing. Instead of fixing the root issues, the pressure is passed directly onto employees. Work-life balance is practically non-existent. Weekend work is not an exception — it becomes an expectation. There’s an unspoken pressure to always be available, which quickly leads to burnout. The internal politics make things even worse. Decisions are not based on logic or merit but on favoritism and unnecessary hierarchy. This creates a toxic environment where productivity and morale both take a hit. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability from management. There is very little support when things go wrong, and instead of improving processes, the blame often falls on the team doing the actual work. Zero proper planning or realistic estimation • Constant work pressure and chaotic execution • No respect for personal time (weekend work expected) • Understaffed teams with unrealistic expectations • Toxic internal politics • Poor leadership and lack of accountability
