Great management, communication, flexibility and work balance

Low pay, minimal benefits but great while in school

Solid company with proven techniques/systems in place to increase sales for both the restaurant and the staff. Great health plan (pre-Obamacare) especially considering the fact most restaurants do not even offer the hourly staff insurance.

Food was tasty yet, some of the dishes were a bit out-dated. Managements' blind-eye and/or deaf ear to the issues concerning problematic/lazy employees, sever ties sooner.
