It really depends on which manager you're with. But in general they're not super strict on their employees, as long as you don't do something really crazy. Most of the clients are nice, sometimes they chatted a bit with you.
Cons
Lots of standing. My manager got moody sometimes and was pressuring us to talk the clients into buying off that item. But to be honest, you should pay us more or hire some other experts if you expect us to have more knowledge than what's listed on the catalog.
