If you are b**tliker of CEO&M***ti& his community persons you have lot of Pros and benifits in this organisation.

Cons

It's the worst and most toxic environment for working. The Ma***ti group and the CEO's favorite people dominate the entire workplace. For instance, no matter how much you work, you don't get hikes and projects if you're not part of that group. This favoritism creates a hostile and demotivating work environment. The CEO mingled with Ma***ti and his community persons and did politics on employees. No matter your experience, if you're not a favorite person, you need to work under unskilled and inexperienced people. If you want to work there, don't ask those teams any technical questions. Say yes to them whatever they are told. Suppose you are not buttering CEO&M***ti& his community persons, no matter how much experience you have. In that case, Those will put you under unskilled and inexperienced (Exp also needs to learn the work if G*T is not there), and the CEO told the Favourite team to hire them. The worst finance team always tries to put a hand on an employee's salary.

Very Good for Beginners, good learning opportunity if you'll get a client. Good working envireonment

Cons

Increment is not reliable; they hold arrears for years ~2years. Managers are inexperience/incompetent. With 5-6Years of experience they are managers and leading the team.

Pros

Good place to get your basics straight. Colleagues are good!

Cons

They won't treat Notice period people with even a inch of Respect. They treat you like a insect without being grateful for all the contributions and compromises you have done to their growth. Client job opportunities, appreciations will be given only to the selective people but not on the performance basis. Company try to eat from your own pocket. They make you work on weekends during notice period and doesn't even account for them. As a company they are entitled to maintain accurate record of Employee paid leaves. They are simply saying they don't have data and denying employee Leave encashment for a brief duration of employment period.
