Pros

Stable job – You don’t have to worry much about job security Decent work-life balance – Enough time to chill after work Good place for freshers – Easy way to get started in the industry Time for personal stuff – Can manage your own things and focus on self-growth You still get paid even without deep tech skills – Not super demanding technically You’ll learn how company politics work – Get a peek into real-world office drama

Cons

They say Chipspirit is like a family—but it’s the kind of family where only a few members get all the love, and the rest are mostly ignored. If you're not in their good books, you’ll feel completely left out. When it comes to work, you’ll be put into some project—either client-based or in-house—but the quality of work is usually poor. Most of it is either dummy tasks or just random assignments to keep you occupied. Even if you work hard, your efforts won’t really be recognized. For freshers, if you try to reach out to your lead or teammates for help during your initial projects, you might actually receive negative feedback instead of support. There's no proper training provided, and projects are constantly changing. You’ll be moved from one project to another based on what suits the company, not your learning or growth. Management isn’t any better. Hikes and promotions are clearly biased. If you’re not involved in internal politics, it’s really hard to sustain here. When it comes time to leave the company, things can get even worse—they may treat you badly, deduct money unfairly, and still delay or skip your pending salary. HR won’t be able to help because all decisions are taken by higher management, and your reporting manager usually won’t back you up. You’re left with no option but to silently accept whatever rules or policies they throw at you, even if they’re completely unfair. And when it comes to paid leave encashment, they'll just give reasons that don't really make any sense to avoid paying it. Even basic benefits like cab facilities are only offered to a select few—usually the ones they favor. Others have to manage their commute on their own, no matter how far or inconvenient it is.

Pros

If you are b**tliker of CEO&M***ti& his community persons you have lot of Pros and benifits in this organisation.

Cons

It's the worst and most toxic environment for working. The Ma***ti group and the CEO's favorite people dominate the entire workplace. For instance, no matter how much you work, you don't get hikes and projects if you're not part of that group. This favoritism creates a hostile and demotivating work environment. The CEO mingled with Ma***ti and his community persons and did politics on employees. No matter your experience, if you're not a favorite person, you need to work under unskilled and inexperienced people. If you want to work there, don't ask those teams any technical questions. Say yes to them whatever they are told. Suppose you are not buttering CEO&M***ti& his community persons, no matter how much experience you have. In that case, Those will put you under unskilled and inexperienced (Exp also needs to learn the work if G*T is not there), and the CEO told the Favourite team to hire them. The worst finance team always tries to put a hand on an employee's salary.
