      Pros

      Choice offers a variety of job opportunities. From technical support, IT, franchise sales and franchise care. Each manager that I have worked for cared about my professional development.

      Cons

      The hospitality industry currently suffers from the restriction the pandemic brought upon us. I find it challenging to find work in my field. Besides that, I cannot think of any that speaks against this employer.

      WFH was great and having to drive in traffic to be in meetings all day, not fun.

      Great learning experience and the team was super kind for someone just starting out and learning. I was trusted and they allowed me to grow as an intern. Pay was also fair and the schedule was flexible.

      The experience was only positive.
