Pros
For anyone who has been in this gig for a while will see it doesn't get better than this. The work is challenging in a good way, open door policy, respect, integrity and family come first. Customers respect Choice and the management treats us as individuals with lives instead of money making pions.
Cons
This industry is dynamic and you must be self-driven. I can't think of any true cons. Like any company there is room for improvement and Choice is always asking for how we can improve, listens and implements the changes.
