Pros

I am pretty new but so impressed with the leadership, company culture, and benefits. Very excited to be a part of a company that is prioritizing it's team members and that exemplifies the values they claim.

Cons

The team is small and many are new. There is a lot of opportunity for learning and development. Thankfully the leadership is prioritizing that.

Pros

The benefits were good, but be careful because to cut costs they are known to take them away - especially the perks. Be sure to verify which perks are still available before they sell you on them. They are definitely not up to date on sites like Builtin.

Cons

Management struggled to communicate a clear vision and employee concerns often went unaddressed or completely ignored. A more transparent, consistent leadership style would make a real difference. There was also a lot of management churn, which is not a good sign. Salaries were also noticeably below market rate for the level of responsibility expected - something that's hard to overlook long-term.
