We are sorry to hear that you find our recruitment practices incorrect - we are a global company, it is our aim that our workforce reflects our global image. We are also extremely proud of our gender diversity. We also strive to create a meritocratic culture, where people are recognised for their skills and ability and not for their connections - we have a performance review process to help us assess employee’s contributions and award them appropriately.
In regards to technology, Christie's have invested a lot of money on their IT systems - tweaking these systems to meet our unique needs will be an on-going process.
We have recently conducted an Employee Engagement Survey and we have robust plans in place to improve communication and other issues within the business.
