Pros

The PROS on this company, are that they do try to take employees out to do things, most times it strictly feels like an obligation to go out after work when I am just trying to get home to see my family. Do Soup cookoff , we once went to escape the room, once a random while we would go out for drinks.

Cons

The owners boast this "bonus program", but what they don't tell you that they will just change the rate on a whim, once they cut 40 clients and then proceeded to cut all bonuses for well over a year of time. In my 5 or so years there, I saw, no joke, easily 15 engineers come and go. It is VERY unprofessional there, and you have almost ZERO room to grow. If you are okay with documenting literally 100% of your day (no joke you must document literally 100% of your day if you work here), and you have literally two roles in the company, either a network engineer, or the account manager. The 2 owners, no joke were in the office about 4 times a month collectively between the 2 of them. I question their motivation for their company. And finally, I worked an entire month, and then got fired for, no joke, a made up reason ( to the point I needed to contact a lawyer), and the owner stole my final bonus paycheck. Just withheld it, to the point I needed to involve the PA department of Labor on them. Stay far far away from this place if you value your career.

Pros

Azure, Office 365, knowledgeable staff and colleagues. Everyone is eager to help. Security focused.

Cons

Your work is never done. This spells job security, if you're good at what you do, but there is never a lack of things to be done. No reset for the weary.

Pros

Great team with very sharp minds. You will be able to work with a very knowledgeable team of engineers.

Cons

Upper management is the biggest con to this company. This has been mentioned many times in other reviews, but this still holds to be true. The work environment tends to be overly strict with very dated company policies. DO NOT fall for the "hybrid" bull that they push in interviews. Yes hybrid by technicality, but only on Fridays. There is very little flexibility with your work schedule and you will find yourself burning through PTO as a result. It is also against company policy to WFH if you are sick or unable to make it into the office for any reason, so again you are forced to take PTO. Management is completely out of touch with their staff.
