-Very steep learning curve if you're not very technical or don't have a technical background
-As I got up to speed, I was afraid to ask questions sometimes because of how condescending other members of my team would be when I asked them. I was frequently talked down to and made to feel stupid for asking simple questions both publicly in slack channels as well as in 1:1s with team leads and in private messages on Slack.
-The training isn't great, while they do try to teach you the information on how the platform works and integrates with others, it's A LOT of information to retain and if it doesn't fit your learning style you're basically on your own
-No real way to air grievances, HR doesn't seem to be all that trustworthy and 1:1's are basically worthless
-They will lowball you on compensation if you let them
-While this isn't unique to ChurnZero and really is a problem across the entire tech industry, it is ironic that a company like CZ that wants to be seen as leader and innovator in the space still has such a bad diversity problem. They have almost no employees that are people of color and it doesn't seem to be a priority to rectify that either.
-CEO and CCO/CPO don't really seem to know about the dynamic going on within some of the teams
-The CCO and CPO is the same person and given the issues I'm not sure she always has the bandwidth to address them properly
-Double standards in how your performance is evaluated depending on your team lead
