first location wasn't great but then the company moved buildings

Supportive, almost to the point of family like connections to co-workers. Lots of opportunities to cross train and develop skills outside of your wheelhouse. Senor management, especially the Post Production supervision is the greatest boss I've ever worked for.

Like most Broadcasting companies you tend to remain static in the position you are hired at. That can be a great thing if you want a stable place to work but detrimental if you are trying to advance a career in a hurry.
