Lack of leadership and growth opportunities offered to direct reports in remote offices by supervisors based out of the Miami headquarters. No regular check ins. Team in the headquarters seemed to benefit from a close knit relationship - whereas remote staff were not offered any opportunities to develop stronger team bonds.
