Pros
I've appreciated the clear and direct guidance I've received on the milestones I need to hit to move my career forward at Citadel Securities. My manager, as well as others, have taken the time to provide timely feedback and support in pursuit of these milestones.
Cons
My responsibilities are significant. I certainly have questioned, at times, whether I am up for the challenge. However, I want to push myself and I feel that the expected performance is always within my reach.
