Pros
Having Citadel on your resume offers instant credibility. Company pays very well and offers solid benefits.
Cons
Citadel makes pretty much all staff sign onerous non-competes. This makes leaving while having another job lined up VERY HARD, especially if you’re in a support function where non-competes are typically unheard of. Long hours. D&I is non-existent (if that is important to you)
