Everyone's hardworking and very supportive (in most cases). Good pay
Cons
There isn't much space for growth depending on where you are landed. One's work could be totally unrelated to what he/she has studied. They just need someone smart enough to get things done asap. Not-much WLB (also dependent on the team)
