      Very grad-friendly, gives a lot of flexibility for the first 2 years under grad programme. Lots of leave and government holidays.

      Cons

      Lots of legacy code. Your learning curve would depend a lot on which team you get into.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
