      Generous annual leave starting at 22days plus birthday leave No OT and friendly environment WFH

      Cons

      Low salary with very low bonus No promotion opportunities, they love to hire external instead of promoting internal employees No coffee machine in the office No internal guideline for new hires

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
