Toxic culture - Anonymous employee Citi Employee Review

Toxic culture, leaders and managers have been in the same company for all their lives. They have connections as they all have been here only. This would be one of those companies with the highest average tenure of manager and above position. Majority teams work is fake. I won't mention the business segment I am talking about, but those who know will understand this review.
