      Collaborative workplace with good people.

      Cons

      Too driven by where the employees are rather than the value they bring to the company. Our group was doing work, but for those colleagues in New York, me included, our positions were eliminated.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
