10yThank you for your feedback on Citi’s culture. We do offer employee networks to allow employees across different business lines to better connect and share best practices. We also have formalized development programs for rising leaders at the firm. Citi is committed to helping employees receive consistent feedback on their performance and requires that each employee undergo a mid-year and end-of-year review with their manager. These reviews represent an opportunity for employees to advocate for themselves and work on a personal development plan with their manager. In addition to the reviews, high performers are given opportunities to take on special assignments. Again, we appreciate you taking the time to review Citi and thank you for your feedback!
