      #You learn the nuts and bolts of business/microsoft software fairly quickly on the job which is helpful going forward #Exciting for a few years, then you become wiser of the work distracting politics that the place is riddled with

      Cons

      #Terrible and corrosive company culture. Highly inefficient in every way and treats employees with absolutely no respect #No work life balance #Business lines are not motivated properly, only MD level are (and they don't do any of the work!)

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
