      Good facilities, management are supportive, transferable skills, excellent salary, clear career progress

      Cons

      The training program is poor. 1 week of classroom based theory and then weeks of waiting around for actual work to start as you wait on systems access and other groups to finish.

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
