      decent salary, investment banking domain

      Cons

      non-transperent appraisal system, lot of politics, bureaucracy, unnecessary management hierarchy, lack of accontability. When things are goign well bosses want to take credit but moment something goes wrong blame game begins to find convenient targets.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
