Pros

the building is nice -nothing else.

Cons

Women sent home when particular male member of senior management didn't like the workwear the wore - could be as minor an issue as a shirt collar and they were docked pay for the time it took to return home and come back. Used to be written into their contracts also. After a few years i was approached again for a contract role by 5 different agencies - 2 or 3 with the Exact Same Job specifications and two with same job number apparently both with different rates for same role. One 400 a day and one at 500 both insisting it came from client - both sent emails confirming. Its a disgrace how this is being handled and an insult to the industry. They have no respect for workers or equal opportunities. If they can be that sneaky at hiring stage imagine what they are like to work for. Offering nothing and expecting twice what you're hired for. No values. No work/life balance unless youre willing to lose pay for it. Do not buy into this or get involved with this contract scam!! Unfortunately too many agencies sent the information out to the same developers and it's becoming well known......... they have a number of developers doing the exact same role, experience and skillset with as much as a difference of 100euro a day in their salary because their job spec had a different number. This is fact.

Pros

Great benefits and work/life balance if you're on the right team.

Cons

Having a bad manager dictates everything about your job. You will see no upward mobility or compensation improvement if you are under a poor manager.
