      Good place to learn, but not good for the long haul - Vice President - Information Security Citi Employee Review

      Pros

      Citi has fairly sound governance and policies, great place to learn

      Cons

      Lots of turnover in the C-suite since late 2018 and new management is committed to a strategy focused on expense reductions. Telework is disappearing, as too many layers of substandard management value employee presence more than work. Internal mobility is non-existent.

      Great benefits (PTO, healthcare, etc.) for FTEs

      Cons

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
