      Pros

      CitiMortage has the advantage of a being a very LARGE company, thus, good health benefits, and, up until recently, decent pay/bonuses.

      Cons

      Management seems clueless - it's like they have no idea how to properly utilize the talents of the employees within their pools.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
