Pros
The best reason for working at Citigroup Global Markets is the feedback you get from management. I was working in a small department where my manager was able to provide feedback catered to the project I was involved in.
Cons
The difference in cultures between my department and other areas of Citigroup is striking. In my department everyone is dealing with things in a calm and calculated manner. Other areas are less peaceful and are a lot harder to adjust to.
