      Amazing Culture, great people to work with. Professional and fun environment. Opportunity to grow internally

      Long hours but still fun environment. Can be overwhelming at times. Should hire quality business school associates.

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
