      Toxic management- rule by fear HR is more concerned about preventing staff suing than resolving problems Long hours despite senior management talking about work/life balance Be careful changing managers, if you have a good one, stay with them

      Everything else - Carousel of management changes - Vague and ever-changing role/job descriptions and associated metrics - The constant feeling that we're all about to be laid off but must "prove" our value in the meantime
