      Citi offers a competitive salaries, great work/life balance (with the opportunity to work remotely), employee discounts to museums, shows and other great places, a comprehensive health benefit plan and most importantly, tuition reimbursement.

      Cons

      Unfortunately management does not provide appropriate feedback, the end-of-year rating system is not structured, career development is difficult and there is not enough emphasis on working to elimate redundant practices.

      Cons

      Once you’re in, comp basically plateaus. Layoffs are happening across the board, which tends to be the full-time culture of citi. The vibe is very much “run lean” until something actually breaks, and only then consider adding headcount. You have to be intentional about protecting your work-life balance, because the implicit expectation is that you’re always on—24/7, 365—without the support of a properly staffed team.
