Still in Probation Period and I'm Looking to Leave - Lead Business Analyst Citi Employee Review

- No equipment, you have to have all your own - Terrible communications: 100+ emails a day but no regular team meetings. No-one spoke to me on my first day. Never had a 1-2-1 meeting with my manager in 5 months - No training for role, but a million banking regulation trainings you have to complete. No time to do any extra learning/training - People work loads of extra hours and login and respond to emails when they're on holiday - Incompetent management, constantly firefighting, total chaos
