Pros
Salary very high for position. Willing to try new technologies for applications. Management (at least in my experience) has been very nice and approachable. Office is in a very good location of Dublin. Also office is of very high standard. Overtime is not a major part of their culture in my experience - apart from releases which take part on Saturdays (from home). Ability to work remotely.
Cons
All the red tape. My god the issues they have for even requesting the most simple of updates (like database updates for example) even in test environments. In my experience, very little social interaction between employees. Teams can be across different continents (even 3!) which creates time zone issues and lack of clear / constant communication.
