Inconsistent culture, sometimes toxic - Director Citi Employee Review

There are many people who do not see the need for change or do not see change as something positive and exciting. New people are brought in to supposedly bring new ideas, but told to expect years of difficulty while they adapt to the way things are done at Citi. Toxic individuals are tolerated by senior management.
