Great Pay but sad culture - Operations Citi Employee Review

Culture of pushing problems on other people. The whole layoff situation is intense you see entire drones of people being fired. Lots of work for how much you get. No clear view of your career in the company. Old systems, overly restrictive compliance departments and no failsafes so things go wrong and it requires 50 people to fix things that should be simple.
